Online Requests
Online Record Check System makes requests available over the internet for account customers or by using a Master Card or Visa. Account customers must use your account number and a PIN to enter the site. You should contact the Record Check Unit to obtain your PIN. The website may be found at http://wi-recordcheck.org/.

The online record check system pages require "frames" and "JavaScript." Your browser must be able to support these features, and these features must be enabled. Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher and Netscape Navigator version 5.0 or higher support all system requirements. Some customized browsers do not support all system requirements and the online record check system may not function optimally using these browsers.
