|
Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen appointed Cindy O'Donnell as Administrator for the Division of Management Services, a position she has held since 2004. The Division is responsible for all personnel, budget, and IT functions within the Department of Justice. Previously, Ms. O'Donnell served in the Department of Corrections (DOC) for 20 years. O'Donnell was first appointed Deputy Secretary for the DOC in 1998 under then-Governor Tommy G. Thompson. She continued to serve in that role until she was chosen to lead the Division of Management Services in the Department of Justice in 2004. She received a B.A. in English from Regis College, Weston, Massachusetts, in 1979 and an M.A. in English from UW-Milwaukee in 1980. O'Donnell serves as the Attorney General's designee on the Group Insurance Board where she is Vice-Chair.
